1972

PT Kabel Indonesia was built by NKF as a Foreign Investment Company (PMA) Main Manufacturing Plant was built & operated.

1979

PT Kabelindo Murni became a Domestic Investment Company (PMDN) XLPE/LV, Twisted cable Data/Instrument & Airport Cables

Kabelindo officially became a publicly-listed company The company issued 3,100,000 shares during IPO on the Jakarta Stock Exchange (now Indonesia Stock Exchange) under the code of KBLM, and with total shares of 14,000,000 shares.

1995

Conducted Bonus Shares Distribution The company distributed bonus shares amounting of 14,000,000 shares, bringing the total shares listed on IDX to 28,000,000 shares. Conducted Rights Issue The Company made Additional Capital with Preemptive Rights (HMETD) or Right Issue, of 28,000,000 shares, bringing the total shares listed on IDX to 56,000,000 shares.
